Sacred Peaks is a community-based clinic aimed at providing Native American beneficiaries living in Flagstaff with non-urgent primary health care. In addition to routine and non-urgent primary care, the facility will provide Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics and Gynecology. Other services include laboratory, pharmacy, radiology and physical therapy. These services are provided by Credentialed Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Physicians and support staff. Sacred Peaks Health Center is an effort by the Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC) to provide more local care to 7,000 beneficiaries who live in the Flagstaff community. Sacred Peaks Health Center’s mission is to heal, to respect, and to console, while providing quality and compassionate health care. We are committed to promoting healthy lifestyles through:

Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC) Sacred Peaks Health Center will be moving into a new building this fall 2019. We are very excited about our future new office, which is being custom-designed to create state-of-the-art healthcare settings for our patients and employees.

Our current Sacred Peaks Health Center office at 3480 W Historic Rte 66 will be moving to an easily accessible new location at 6300 N. Highway 89, Flagstaff AZ, 86004– currently under construction. While this move is not scheduled to occur until fall 2019*, we want our patients to know our plans well in advance. For now, everything will stay the same.
