Pediatric Clinic

Welcome to the Pediatric Clinic

We are privileged and honored to care for the children of the Navajo, Hopi, and Northern Paiute Nations. We see patients from birth until a child’s 18th Birthday.

Open Access Scheduling

We utilize an “Open Access” scheduling system to make getting an appointment as easy as possible. This means there are visits available for appointments up to 1 week in advanced or as a Same Day appointment. If your child is ill, please call the clinic to schedule a same day appointment.

We take calls from 7:30 AM each morning to meet your same day scheduling needs. For a regular appointment (well child visits, physicals, medication refills, routine follow-ups, etc). You may call anytime from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM to make an appointment. If we are unable to answer your call because our lines are busy, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Our direct clinic number is 928-283-2679 and our toll free number is 1-888-264-9905.

Pediatrician Calls

If you have any questions regarding the care of your child please call us. A Pediatric trained Registered Nurses will handle your call and refer you to a pediatrician if needed.

Sports Physicals

We look forward to assisting our patients in getting ready for school sports:

We do sports physicals year round. The Arizona Athletic Association Sports form is on the right side of this page and can be downloaded at home.

Please fill out Part One of the form at home before your visit.

Print and bring Part Two of the form for the doctor to complete

All teen patients will be seen alone by the provider for the first few minutes then the parent/guardian is welcomed into the room to discuss the assessment, plans, and discharge instructions.

We strongly believe in the preventive power of immunizations. We provide all recommended childhood vaccinations including seasonal influenza vaccinations. Please bring a copy of your child’s immunization record to every visit so we can make sure your child is up to date.
